Divorce Mediation

Attorneys who are mediator trained and who are comfortable working with clients’ feelings and have patience to explore options are best suited for this type of work. Moreover, the process is all about respect and dignity, yet firm for fairness is the key to a balanced result and outcome which both sides are comfortable. Any experts reasonably required to assist are considered “neutral” and hired by both sides mutually.

Another problem solving approach which involves no court in called Collaborative Law. If there is no full agreement and court is required, the attorneys and any engaged professional experts are disqualified and must withdraw.
